Danny Apolinar

Daniel George "Danny" Apolinar was an American composer and songwriter born on March 15, 1934. He was active during the mid-20th century and contributed to musical theater. One notable event in his career was the premiere of the musical "Your Own Thing," which he co-created with Hester; it debuted in New York City on January 18, 1968. Apolinar's work reflects the era's musical and theatrical styles. He passed away on March 23, 1995, at the age of 61.
